BTF 2022

Tourism is one of the world’s major economic sectors. It is the third-largest export category (after fuels and chemicals) and in 2019 accounted for 7% of global trade.Tourism is one of the sectors most affected by the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020-2021, impacting economies, livelihoods, public services and opportunities on all continents. All parts of its vast value-chain have been affected. Around 21.5 million people, involved in the tourism industry, have lost their jobs due to the three waves of COVID-19 that first hit the country in early 2020. We could not organise BTF due to the unprecedented situation in 2020 and 2021.
Again in the year 2022 we organised BTF twice on 11th, 12th March and again on 10th, 11th and 12th June 2022. Those events were a grand success.
