The Association of Tourism Service Providers of Bengal (ATSPB) holds its Annual General Meeting (AGM) every year in Kolkata,West Bengal as well as its executive committee elections.
The process to elect the new executive committee members and office bearers takes place at its AGM. Sharing the association’s information with its members in an official manner is done.During the AGM, annual audited accounts of the association are shared amongst the members for the last financial year. At the same time, schedules,planning are discussed for the ongoing and upcoming year pertaining to BTF, Annual Picnic of the members, FAM Trips, Vasant Utsav and World Tourism Day Celebrations.
